Here's how to turn it on with your license key. It takes about ten seconds.
Can't find your key? In the extension, open the License page and use Lost your key? to have it emailed to the address you used at checkout. Nothing arrives within a few minutes (check spam too)? Email [email protected] from that address and we'll send it, usually within a day.
We couldn't match this Turbo purchase to a Pro license, so it has a key of its own. Email [email protected] with your Pro key (or the email you bought Pro with) and we'll add Turbo to it.
Turbo was added to your existing license. It unlocks automatically the next time the extension checks your license — or open the extension's License page and click Check now to turn it on right away.
Your key hasn't changed, so there's nothing new to enter.
This Turbo purchase was refunded or cancelled, so Turbo isn't active on your license.

Activate Pro
- Click the Bulk File Downloader icon in Chrome's toolbar. (Don't see it? Click the puzzle-piece icon and pin it. Not installed yet? Add it to Chrome.)
- Click the gear icon at the top of the popup, then open the License tab.
- Paste your key and click Activate. You'll see "Pro" appear next to the name.
Don't see a License tab? Version 1.1 is rolling out on the Chrome Web Store. Chrome updates extensions automatically within a few days; keep your key, it will work as soon as the update arrives.
Using more than one computer?
Your key works in up to 5 browsers. To move it, open License → Remove from this browser on the old one.
Bought Turbo too?
It's on the same key. Set how many files download at once in Settings → Parallel downloads.
